Although we mention Apple and Samsung only, Alphadock can also charge Android devices which support QI-wireless charging.

Shipping FAQ

We ship worldwide, but please note that delivery times might be different from a country to another. You can read more on this in our shipping policy.

Please allow up to 3 days for your order to be processed, and 3 additional days for your order to be shipped.

For orders placed in the U.S., delivery typically takes about 1-2 weeks. For international orders, please allow up to 2-3 weeks.

When placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed.

Our fulfillment warehouse packs your ordered items and ships the packages as soon as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

Returns and exchanges FAQ

Currently we do not offer exchanges but wrongly purchased items can be returned and customers can purchase a new one if they need to. We are working on improving our services so exchanges may be offered in the future.

If you need to return your item, please contact us at support@thealphadock.com following the instructions in our Return Policy. The address will be provided via email based on the closest warehouse's availability.

After receiving your Alphadock, you have 30 days to return it if you think this is not for you. We are extremely confident in the quality of our product, but we also understand that sometimes things just don't work out.
